Shipping Policy

DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Delivery Delays: SUNVIE is not responsible for or liable for any delayed shipments due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, acts of God, power and server outages, and acts of omission from carriers, transmitters, phone companies, and internet service providers.
• Customs Charges: The prices within the online store do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur. These costs are imposed by your local customs office and are outside of our control. Please familiarise yourself with your country's customs charges and levies prior to placing an order. SUNVIE is not responsible if customers are not notified by their country's postal authority that items are awaiting payment of customs duties and taxes.
• Pre-order Shipping: Generally, pre-order products will be shipped one month later than regular products. Each pre-order item will have an approximate shipping start time in the product description. Please refer to the expected time before purchasing.

• Out-of-Stock/Back-Ordered Products Policy: If your order includes out-of-stock items, we will ship the remaining in-stock items as soon as the order is paid for. Back-ordered items will be sent to you via ground shipping at no additional charge when their stock is replenished. You can request that the order be shipped in one batch when all items are available.

• Cancellation Policy: If you wish to cancel an order that has NOT been shipped, contact our customer service department at support@sunvie.com. We will do our best to assist you in a timely fashion. Special order items and items marked as shipped cannot be canceled after the order is processed. Returned items are subject to restocking fees. If an order cannot be canceled, you will be able to return eligible items; shipping charges may apply.
